Barometric pressure: Many people have headaches that are triggered by barometric pressure changes. A tropical storm would be indicative of low barometric pressure. You may wish to see your pcp or an ENT to may sure you have open nasal and sinus passages. A short term use of decongestant sprays or oral decongestants during this process or just before may abort your problem. Good luck!
