Wound care: What is your tetanus status? If you don't know or it has been more than 10 years, then a tetanus shot would be prudent. The lesion needs to be cleaned with warm soap & water. Can you reach the area to do that or know someone who could? If you have really dirty or thick road burn or equivalent - it would be good to have wound care done by a health care professional. Take care. Nsaid's for pain.
