In general yes: Generally speaking if you bought these home tests from known pharmacies “not from some shady website" they are usually as good as the ones in labs. However, reference labs “those are labs with very specialized equipment" have tests that are way more sensitive than your regular home drug test, but these reference lab tests are so expensive that we rarely use them in practice....
