Is there a way to measure if my tap water has high fluoride?

Yes: If you are hooked up to a municipal water supply contact your water company. They can tell you how much Fluoride is in your water. If you use private well water then you can send in a sample of your water to a lab and they can anlyze it for you. Your state dental association may be able to give you the name of a lab.

Call yr public water: system. The best way to find the fluoride level of your tap water is to contact your water utility provider for exact numbers and more information.
