No: No, tap water is well regulated and you won't be getting too much fluoride.

Good question: Depends upon Fluoride concentration in your local tap water. Patients with end stage kidney disease including those on hemodialysis will be at risk for accumulating Fluoride in their bodies. Fortunately this has not become much of a problem so far. Best to discuss with your dialysis nephrologist who ought to know both local Fluoride concentrations ; your level of risk.
