Scared i might have a brain tumor. how can i know for sure?

See a doc tor: Talk with an internist, neurologist, or family medicine practitioner about your symptoms and get a physical exam and further testing if indicated to know for sure if something is there. There is no way of knowing through intuition if your symptoms are from a tumor or any of the innumerable other possibilities that could explain your symptoms.

Brain tumor?: Thorough exam by your family doc., then a scan if indicated.
