Prob not a tumor: Hi - if this is the only time this has happened and it was fleeting i wouldn't worry very much. You may have still have been in a dream state. Are you postpartum? Do you have a newborn? If you are sleep-deprived i think that may be playing a role. See if you can get some proper rest (i know it's difficult). If you have other symptoms or it happens again, you do need to seek medical help.

Brain tumor : It is unlikely that you have a brain tumor. Brain tumors have a gradual onset and progressive morning headaches and nausea is common. It is not uncommon to be disoriented when we first wake up, especially if waking from a deep sleep. Often people can have trouble focusing upon waking if a new medication or a sleeping aid has been taken the night before.
