Will wearing someone else's strong glasses all the time cause my vision to worsen?

No: I am assuming you are wearing someone elses eyeglasses because they help your vision. But since they are not fit to your need, you might feel some strain. This is not harmful but it might be uncomfortable. At some time you should consider going to an ophthalmologist and getting the proper correction for your eyes.
