Talk with your PCP: There is a great chance you had this as a kid and have immunity. If so there is no risk to the fetus. Your PCP could order an antibody test, although here usually the OB's do that. Knowing you are immune could at least give you some peace of mind. If not, and the kid has real 5ths and not a look alike, there is some risk you/fetus would be affected.
