No: Plantar fasciitis is treated in a podiatrist office. Waiting until the next day to see them can save you money and frustration, becasue you will be told by the er to see a specialist in the morning.

No: While plantar fasciitis can be very painful, the emergency room is not the appropriate place to be seen for this and uses the resources that should be used and are needed to treat patients with serious injuries and medical conditions. Schedule an appointment with a foot specialist (many offices have the ability to schedule same or next day appointments) or see an urgent care instead.
