A member asked:

Skin is breaking out really badly ever since i had a surgery and this is my second injection of the lupron (leuprolide) shot. what can i do to stop the breakouts?

Medical Treatment: Breakouts should be treated by dermatology. You may start with over-the-counter topical cleasner (benzoyl peroxide 5%) but you will eventually need prescription medications such as tretinoin cream, topical and oral antibiotics. Your dermatologist will determine the appropriate combination of medications.
