No...and yes: There are no natural treatments that eliminate or even reduce endometriosis: surgery and/or Lupron (leuprolide) are the only interventions. Otoh for pain related to endometriosis, many women find heating pads, hot tea, and otc pain medicines can help relieve the crampy feelings.
