Regular laundry: Regular laundering (perhaps hot water) is about all you can do. Mrsa is everywhere and many persons are colonized with it. If you have family with it, it most likely is everywhere. You do all you can do to wipe down surfaces with disinfectants and use good house cleaning and laundering and wash hands, wash bed clothing and clothing an that is about all your can do. Use bleach as allowed.

Warm or hot Wash/dry: Great question! Wash in warm or hot water in washing machine, and dry in a warm or hot dryer. See this website for more instructions on handling the laundry and other precautions you should take. https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/staph/care.html
