Yes: Yes, people often have certain kinds of staph on their skin and noses -- but it either isn't infectious or causes only minor infections like boils, etc. There are more resistant types called methicillin resistant staph aureus (MRSA) which require urgent medical treatment. http://tinyurl.com/pypqh95 see your doctor asap if you think you have such an infection -- and don't share razors, etc.
