Can weight training with anavar help with my knee "meniscus" problems?

Just Say No....: While a strengthening program for your legs may help discomfort from a meniscus year, working out, and especially steroids, won't "cure" a meniscus tear. Icing, medications, possibly a cort injection can control symptoms but don't fix the structural problem. If symptoms are mild, observation may be okay depending on the situation, but generally in active people arthroscopic surgery is indicated.
