Lose the weight: usually the key to pcos is losing the weight so if the keto diet helps you lose weight, than it should help w/the pcos. if you are not already or if you are still having trouble working on it yourself. you can talk to your doctor about metformin

PCOS is: much more likely, but can't diagnose over the internet. Much more information and a history/physical are necessary. Discuss w/your doctor

If you have recently been pregnant than you do ovulate, it may be irregular though. You may have PCOS, see metformin in PCOS, but see ur doc
