Uncertain: If u fast for several days, stomach will shrink so when u eat again, u will feel full more quickly & probably not eat a lot of food; so probably won't gain a lot of weight unless all you eat is high-carb junk food & drink sugary beverages. Instead, eat healthful foods: lean proteins, low glycemic fruits & veggies, good fats, whole grains, low-fat dairy products & exercise (walk or pool exercises).

Possibly yes: When there are long periods of food deprivation, your body goes into a panic / starvation mode where it thinks no more is coming. The result is that the metabolism slows and the body starts to store everything it takes in. To maintain a stable weight or to lose, it's best to stoke the fire, keep the metabolism going, eat small meals throughout the day and exercise regularly.
