ER: That does not sound like an ear infection. Pain in the neck and/or behind the ear is unusual for an ear infection. If she is having pain in the ear with those symptoms, the infection is beyond its normal bounds and she needs to be seen by a local ENT or in the er.

Get help: I suggest that you consider taking GF to an ER or an ENT urgently . It is important to rule out a mastoid infection as this is dangerous
