Not recommended: Patients receiving this type of immunosuppresion are advised against getting the vaccine. Patients who have received it have not had problems, but there is a theoretical risk of getting a zoster infection from the vaccine. Also, it is not known how well the vaccine works in immunosuppressed patients. Talk with your doctor about shingles signs and then start antiviral therapy quickly if you get it.

Shingrix: Per Drugs.Com Drug interaction checker combination of Shingrix and Remicade (inflixmab) may lead to a reduced response to the Shingrix. This one needs to be discussed with your doctor. Often a physician elects to delay use of one or the other drugs - so that they aren't used at the same time.
