Many: For ra: tnf inhibitors: enbrel, remicade, humira, simponi, (golimumab) cimzia. Other new drugs include: kineret, orencia, rituxan, actemra, and the newest is zeljanz. For lupus: benlysta. Is the newest...Cellcept is not new but is being used more frequently. Rituxan and Orencia are sometimes used off label ( not fda approved) for certain lupus symptoms. Many new drugs for both diseases are in development.

See details: The are new therapies for each. For RA it is rituxan, Actemra and a new oral med, xeljanz. For sle, it is benlysta (belimumab). "google" them for more specific info.
