Probably not: Most metabolic problems of a hereditary nature are treatable but not curable. A lot depends on the specific diagnosis. Generally, hypokalemia is treated with potassium supplements, ace inhibitors, or angiotensin antagonists or a combination of these drugs.

Herititary low K: Curable? Not today. Controllable yes. If inherited usually 1/2 of your 1st degree relatives will have it. In general you will feel much better by moving to A DASH diet eating plan.
