Recheck potassium : If a lab test indicated that your potassium was low and you took additional potassium then the test needs to be repeated to see if the additional potassium was enough (or too much). If potassium is normal and dizziness persists then you need to follow up with your doctor to be evaluated for other causes of dizziness.

The cause?: Your low potassium level may well be from the vomiting and not the cause for your current symptoms . See your doctor ASAP to make sure there is nothing more serious. If you can't get an appointment today, go to an emergency room since I don't like what I am seeing.
