OTC pain meds: The pain meds will help with the inflammation. In addition an otc teething gel may help. It could also be that you do not have enough room for these teeth. If so, there are no home solutions, just a visit to your local dentist or oral surgeon.

OTC and DDS: There is not much that you can to on your own other than warm salt water rinses and otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you normally take for a headache. I recommend that you see your own dentist to determine whether or not there is enough room for your wisdom teeth, whether they need to come out, or if the pain is from something else.

See your dentist: You have pericoronitis or slight infection due to food /plaque accumulation in the area. Try rinsing the area out with warm salt water and brush gently in the area . Eat softer foods on that side for a couple of days. Best to see your dentist to have the area cleaned and flushed out. You may need antibiotics. Extraction is best long term bet.
