Not usually: Wisdom tooth pain is at the site of the tooth and may radiate, but not usually tothe back of the head. Go to the dentist and have your third molar wisdom teeth checked out and ruled out. If the dentist cannot help, then run, do not walk, to the physician for further examination to determine the source of your pain. Pain is the body telling you something is wrong and you need help right-away.

Anything is possible: I don't think any dentist will tell you a definite yes, but there are lots of patients who have reported all kinds of symptoms in the head and neck area that have disappeared after the removal of wisdom teeth.
