NSAIDs/abx: You may try ibuprofen/naproxen that are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications that may work better than Aspirin sometimes. Also, toothaches are rarely associated with fever unless present for a while and left untreated, so you may want to check it out by a doctor before you let it go.

Ibuprofen: Ibuprofen (brand names include motrin, advil) are very effective for toothaches. If Ibuprofen isn't enough to reduce the pain even temporarily, call a dentist. Most dentists would consider this an emergency and should be able to evaluate you within 24 hours.

Go to dentist or ER: A fever and a toothache may be due to an infection. Infections can be serious and require both dental treatment and antibiotics. Please get yourself help as soon as possible.
