A member asked:

Chronic cough, fatigue, chest pain, chonic muscle pain, ...what possible conditions are associated with these symptoms?

Many: Tb, sarcoidosis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung abscess, lupus, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency, gastroesophageal reflux disease, whooping cough. There are others but this is a good list to start with. A blood count and chest x-ray will rule out most of these.

Consult a physician: Need more detailed history and work up to diagnose the conditions associated with these symptoms. Many connective tissue disorder and lung conditions can cause these symptoms. More info like duration of symptoms., , history of recent travel, exposure to any chemicals and medication history will be helpful.
