Eye transplants: Only the cornea and lens can be removed and replaced. The rest of the eye can not be transplanted.

No: As previous answers indicate, only certain parts of the eye can be transplanted. There are inumerable technical problems with whole eye transplant, none-the-more than we have no technology to 're-wire' the transplanted eye to brain.
