A member asked:

I want my eye to heal completely and to see sight improvement, but how long is it after the transplant until someone can go back to work?

Is other eye OK?: I am guessing you are talking about corneal transplantation in one of your eyes. If your work is strenuous, and the other eye sees well, your transplant surgeon may want you to go easy so that the transplant is not endangered which could be six months or so. If you are doing office of light duty work, you might be able to return to work within weeks.
