Do not use : Any alcohol based moist wipes such as tucks (witch hazel). Cracking of the skin could be psoriasis, or another dermatological entity. I would not use any petroleum based ointments including vaseline. B e sure you are not using any caffeine. If this doesn't resolve you need to see a colorectal surgeon and may need a biopsy if the diagnosis is not apparent/obvious.
