Probably nothing: From time to time women will complain of an isolated "weird" period. Generally, an evaluation doesn't find anything abnormal. If however, this persists, then you should see your gyn for an evaluation and possible us. These "weird" periods probably occur from a change in hormones that corrects on its own.
