See your doctor: These symptoms can only be adequately diagnosed only after a thorough evaluation by your doctor. This may include labs and other satudies. Once all of the information is in, your doctor can let you know what's going on, and what to do to help you.

Changes due to HPV: Your risk of low grade cells progressing to high grade cells depends on your age. If you are 22 years or younger, it is very likely that the lesion will resolve on its own. However, if you are older, 20-40% of low grade lesions will progress to high grade and require further workup, possible including biopsy or surgery.
