Isolated pressure in sternum. no gastric symptoms. digestive system is good. comes for a day or two, gone for a week or so, then comes back again.

Pressure: Despite the lack of digestive symptoms this discomfort could be due to an esophageal disorder. Unless the pressure occurs with exertion which would raise suspicion of coronary heart disease, I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist
