It could be...: It could be a loose tooth or bone fragment, or some sharp exposed bone that is no longer covered by gum tissue. Call your dentist and have him\her see you to determine what it is and what needs to be done to make you more comfortable.

Possible: It is probably a bone spicule aka a sharp bone that was not smoothed properly or a loose bone fragment. See the oral surgeon asap.

Follow up: Call the office where you had your wisdom teeth removed. It is likely a small piece of tooth or bone that was left behind and just needs to be smoothed or removed. This is very common with extractions and usually is an easy fix, but you will want the doctor to be the one to do it.
