Let me explain: Did you had any dislocation of the patella? Did they tell you what your q angle high? If your answer to those questions are yes ? Please look at what dr fulkerson himself pointed out by fulkerson, et al (1990), less than 2% of patients w/ patellofemoral pain will require tibial tubercle transfer. Let me know. Good luck.
