I got an arthroscopic repair of a lateral bucket handle meniscus tear almost four weeks ago. i feel clicking when i bend my knee to 90 degrees and its not on a platform or its not gravity bending the knee. pain is rare. is this a sign of failure?

Unlikely: If your symptom is just clicking, it's unlikely to be a failure of your surgery. You should really get in touch with your orthopedic surgeon if you have any concerns. It's not urgent, but that is what you paid him/her for.
