It was not fasting: Even small amount of oj means you were not fasting. Repeat the test without drinking any caloric beverage. U can drink plain water though.

Possibly: Any food with sugar taken close to the time of a fasting blood sugar can possibly affect the results. If the amount was truly minimal and taken just before the blood test it might not have a major effect. However, if the result is abnormal it is best to repeat it under exact conditions - no food for 8 hours.

Yes it can: You should plan to re test in order to have a reliable measurement. Only plain water is allowed the day of the test.
