Glaucoma: The most common cause of high pressure in the eye is glaucoma. If you are simply feeling pressues--this could be sinusitus.

For months I have experienced almost daily, debilitating head pressure with nausea, neck pain and vision changes. My CT scan did not show anything but MRI shows 11mm pineal cyst. Why would this not show up on the CT? Could this cause my symptoms?
