Increased: intracranial pressure can be one of several causes of your symptoms. An increase in pressure of the fluid that surrounds the brain and optic nerve can be responsible of this phenomenon. For months I have experienced almost daily, debilitating head pressure with nausea, neck pain and vision changes. My CT scan did not show anything but MRI shows 11mm pineal cyst. Why would this not show up on the CT? Could this cause my symptoms?
