I have a scaley dry spot on my left pointer finger knuckle. it doesn't hurt but has been there a while. recently became more noticeable.

Eczema?: Hard to say exactly what this is, but it will probably respond nicely to topical mid potency steroids applied twice a day such as triamcinolone. You could try over the counter 2.5% Hydrocortisone ointment which might work.
