I wouldn't: I wouldnt replace an ng tube unless it gets clogged. If it is functioning why replace it. The stomach acid may make it discolor, but its a fully functioning product. Usually when food accumulates and may harden in the tube, i try flushing it out with water through a syringe first. As a physician nutrition specialist and pediatric gastroenterologist, I do not see the need to replace it
