Not necessarily: It's not unusual for women who had babies before to have some cervical dilatation during pregnancy especially in the later part of pregnancy. This is referred to as a 'parous os'. This does not imply imminent labor. Also, clear or milky discharge from the breast is not uncommon during pregnancy.

Hope not: It could happen, but you really don't want it to.At 35-36 wks baby would have a 50% chance of remaining in the NICU for 2 weeks or more with breathing problems.You need to have a plan of action to contact and stop labor if it does seem to start early to give baby a better chance. Make sure you have the labor decks number on hand & understand when and why your doc wants you to go in.
