About a yr ago i had my gallbladder out i've had pain there for two weeks. should i be worried and what could it be?

See your doctor: You pain may or may not be related to gall bladder surgery, see your surgeon , may be due to adhesion, or small hernia and numerous other causes , including small stones in the bile ducts your doctor will investigate, find the cause of your pain and treat you.

Common duct stones: If you are having similar pain as you did when you had your gallbladder you may have common bile duct stones. Other symptoms you may have is vomiting and jaundice. If you have these symptoms i would go to the er or at least your pcp to get evaluated.
