Complex problem: Patient fell - might have injured their back or head. Difficulty with bowel and bladder might be a conus lesion. An elderly patient with heart problems is prone to many concurrent problems. This should be handled bot by the er but by your cardiologist or family physician. And maybe even a gastroenterologist needs to be consulted. If this isschemic then the er or vascular surgeon is needed.
