Complex problem: Patient fell - might have injured their back or head. Difficulty with bowel and bladder might be a conus lesion. An elderly patient with heart problems is prone to many concurrent problems. This should be handled bot by the er but by your cardiologist or family physician. And maybe even a gastroenterologist needs to be consulted. If this isschemic then the er or vascular surgeon is needed.

Evaluation needed...: Thank you for your query, but you have posed a clinical scenario without offering any significant data (specifically: blood in stool, hydrational state, exposure risks, prior work-up, constitutional signs of weight loss, etc.?, more...) further evaluation is warranted, and certainly background information is needed, before it is appropriate to advance any treatment suggestions.
