No: Mastoiditis is usually not cause by black mold, usually bacteria. You should find out agent of mastoiditis from your daughter's doctor.

Doubtful: If there had been a mastoid infection caused by 'black mold' your doctor would have indicated that from the cultures or the pathology from the surgery.
