Don't worry: It is unlikely you got exposure to asbestos at your workplace. However you can ask the building owner if there ever was any asbestos in the building. Most newer ones do not. If you are very worried you can get a chest xray read by a special b reader who is specially qualified to look at chest xrays. Ask your doctor about this. It may cost you some more money for the expertise.
