Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain. It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements.

Unlikely: Breast pain, mastalgia, is an unlikely sign of breast cancer. It may be cyclical and related to hormones. Consult your primary care.

Unlikely: Pain is not a common symptom of breast cancer. In addition it would be exceedingly rare fora 20 year female to get breast cancer.

Low chance: Given your age and the fact that pain/burning in the breast is very non-specific. A more accurate answer would require a complete history, physical exam, and possibly other tests. See you doctor for evaluation.
