Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain. It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements.

Unlikely: Pain is not a common symptom of breast cancer. In addition it would be exceedingly rare fora 20 year female to get breast cancer.
