You may indeed have sinus issues. Pressure on the anterior superior alveolar nerve can result in the symptoms you described. Once the pressure abates your symptoms should subside.

If you sit down, bend over and put your head between your knees, and molars feel sore, sinus may be involved, see your GP or an ENT. If any teeth hurt no matter what else is going on, see your Dentist.. small cavities don't hurt, deep ones do. Please see your Dentist
