Go back to doctor: Strongyloidiasis may or may not be the cause of your symptoms, but this is a condition which can persist for a lifetime unless eradicated by therapy. Since you do not say with what you were treated or for how long, or whether you are at potential risk for reinfection, only the doctors you are seeing can answer your question. Ivermectin and thiabendazole have a higher cure rate than albendazole.

Are you SURE: Of the diagnosis? Strongylosis is a parasitic infection that mainly affects horses. Go back to the original diagnosing physician and report your symptoms.
