See a dermatologist: Without being able to visualize these skin lesions it is impossible to diagnose. Short of allergic responses, the only things that come to mind are cutaneous candidiasis getting worse, or an idiosyncratic reaction to the medication. But see a dermatologist and have them look at these lesions.
