Chevostech sign.: Spelling incorrect above. Tapping over facial nerve causes spam of face. A sign of low calcium. Have you had problems with calcium metabolism in past.

Sinus problems: Your doctor is seeing if there is inflammation / fluid / pus in the sinuses in your maxilla (near each cheek) and frontal bone (forehead). If you have pain, then it is likely you have sinus inflammation and/or infection.
